Our Vision

Our conception of human beings assumes that people act out of their own initiative and are therefore intrinsically motivated when trust is given and the framework conditions are right. We therefore view the development of their potential holistically – on the levels of body, emotions, knowledge and consciousness. Only this holistic development makes it possible to initiate changes in the inner world in order to act effectively in the outer world.

Our twelve values provide orientation in everyday life: they guide how we interact with one another, how we work and how we lead. They make us recognisable as a purpose-oriented value community. To embed our values in everyday practice, we deliberately use supporting instruments.

We act with a long-term perspective – economically, ecologically and socially. We invest at least 30% of the distribution from TGW Logistics in holistic education for young people, thereby creating one of the most sustainable forms of future impact. In this way, we combine economic strength with social responsibility.

We promote professional and personal growth – internally and externally, individually and collectively. MINDtastic, our internal training and development programme, supports us in making “learning and growing” tangible. This creates an environment in which people can gradually unfold their potential.

Our four principles – performance orientation, holistic thinking, implementation orientation and the use of synergies – act as catalysts for our aspiration to professionalism. Building on this, we create framework conditions for good governance and a well-functioning work organisation. Innovation management and lean management only take effect in combination with good leadership and are crucial for enabling individual and collective potential to unfold in the best possible way.
