The Foundation Board of the TGW Future Private Foundation

Martin Krauss (*1963) has been a member of the Foundation Board of the TGW Future Private Foundation since 2013 and its Chair since 2014. He is also Chair of the Supervisory Board of TGW Logistics and spent six years as a Supervisory Board member at Semikron in Nuremberg (DE).

He completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, trained as a reserve officer, and worked in project management. He then studied Business Administration at Aston University in Birmingham (UK) and at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen–Nuremberg, where he was also a lecturer from 2015 to 2018 in the master’s programme “International Project Management in Large-Scale Plant Construction”.

In 1994, he continued his career in strategy consulting at Siemens, where he held various positions in Germany and abroad until 2013. His final roles included Executive Board Member and CFO of Siemens Turkey in Istanbul, as well as CFO of Siemens VAI Metals Technologies (since 2015: Primetals Technologies) in Linz (AT).

Dr. Ernst Chalupsky (*1954) has been a member of the Foundation Board of the TGW Future Private Foundation since its establishment in 2004 and has served as Deputy Chair since 2016. He is also Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board of TGW Logistics.

After completing his law degree at Johannes Kepler University Linz (AT) and his training as a trainee lawyer in an Upper Austrian law firm, Dr Chalupsky has practised as a lawyer in Wels (AT) since 1982. Until the merger with Saxinger & Baumann to form SCWP in 2000, he and Dr Maximilian Gumpoldsberger built the law firm Chalupsky & Gumpoldsberger in Wels.

Since 1999, Dr Ernst Chalupsky has been a partner and managing director of Saxinger Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH. He also serves on the supervisory boards of various Austrian companies and on the boards of several private foundations.

Johannes Feldmayer (*1956) has been a member of the Foundation Board of the TGW Future Private Foundation since June 2016 and a member of the Supervisory Board of TGW Logistics.

After completing his commercial training and participating in the “Young Managers MBA Programme” at INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau (FR), he held various management positions within Siemens AG in Germany and abroad. He was responsible for corporate strategy and was a member of the Managing Board from 2003 to 2007. In June 2006, TU Berlin (DE) awarded him an honorary professorship in “Strategic Management”.

Since November 2009, he has served as an authorised representative (Generalbevollmächtigter) of the Heitec Group, headquartered in Erlangen (DE).

He previously served on the supervisory boards of Infineon AG, Exxon Europe, Eckelmann AG and Metric Mobility Solutions AG, and is currently a member of the Advisory Board of Leuze electronic GmbH + Co. KG.

Christian Lutz (*1966) has been a member of the Foundation Board of the TGW Future Private Foundation and a member of the Supervisory Board of TGW Logistics since 2014.

He studied Industrial Engineering at TU Wien (AT) until 1994 and completed the OPM programme at Harvard Business School alongside his professional work from 2008 to 2011.

A native of Vorarlberg, he is a serial entrepreneur in the software industry and currently Managing Director and Co-Founder of the climate- and impact-oriented company Pina.earth, a European market leader for regional climate protection projects. He has more than 30 years of experience building and leading deep-tech software, internet and online media companies. In 2005, he co-founded a reform-pedagogical primary school in Vorarlberg and, as a board member, helped drive its development.

As a startup entrepreneur, he has successfully completed more than 20 venture capital financing rounds and delivered several exits and mergers as CEO. A key passion is agile leadership and organisation – and enabling intrinsic motivation within teams.

Dr. Clemens Steiner (*1969) has been a member of the Foundation Board of the TGW Future Private Foundation since January 2017 and a member of the Supervisory Board of TGW Logistics. His connection with TGW Logistics and its co-founder and benefactor Ludwig Szinicz dates back to 1991, and he wrote his master’s thesis at TGW in 1992.

In 2002, he earned his doctorate at TU Graz (AT) at the Institute of Corporate Management and Organisation with his dissertation “SMEs go global – thriving on a 24×7 global economy”.

Since 1995, Dr Steiner has worked for Tiger Coatings and has led the company as CEO since 2003. He holds an Executive Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (FR) and is an alumnus of the California Institute of Technology (US), focusing on innovation management, strategic management and mergers & acquisitions.

In parallel, for more than 20 years he has engaged intensively with the development of “Liberating Organisms” – self-managed organisations that integrate spirituality into everyday business life. He has deepened his holistic approach through agricultural training. As a personal balance, he runs his own organic farm and forestry operation, as well as organic beekeeping.

Sandra Milly has been working as an Assistant at the TGW Future Private Foundation, based in Marchtrenk (Austria), since September 2024.

With a solid commercial background and a specialisation in HR, she brings broad expertise. In addition, she completed training as a qualified musical theatre performer and spent several years performing on international stages. Over the course of her career, she increasingly shifted her focus to organisation and HR management, gaining valuable experience at international companies in Berlin as well as at a renowned tax consultancy. Most recently, she worked as an executive assistant at a subsidiary of a major transport and logistics company.

Tanja Obmann-Lichtblau has been responsible for Communications and Brand at the TGW Future Private Foundation in Marchtrenk (Austria) since October 2020.

Born in Graz, she began her career at Austrian Airlines after studying at the International College of Tourism and Management and FH Burgenland. In 2000, she founded her own company as a communications trainer and supported numerous international firms. From 2005 onwards, she held various leadership roles over 15 years at OMV, an international listed oil and gas group. Most recently, she led OMV’s Communications Middle East and Africa in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

She is also a certified trainer, moderator and coach.

Marcel Braumann has served as Head of People and Organisational Development for both the TGW Future Private Foundation and the non-profit division TGW Future Wings since June 2025, based in Marchtrenk (Austria).

After studying Sociology of Law, Social and Economic Sciences at the University of Vienna, he began his career in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte in Vienna, working on national and international projects. He then held senior HR roles at Scheuch GmbH in Upper Austria and, from 2016, at TGW Logistics, where he most recently served as Director Global Human Resources.
He has more than 15 years of experience in people and organisational development.

Peter Zehetleitner has been responsible for Finance for both the TGW Future Private Foundation and the non-profit area TGW Future Wings since August 2024, based in Marchtrenk (Austria).

A graduate in Business Education (JKU Linz, AT), he began his career at KPMG Salzburg in audit, working with clients across various industries.
After four years, he returned to Upper Austria to further develop controlling at Teufelberger in a leadership role, before taking over commercial responsibility for Finance and HR at Kuhn-Ladetechnik in 2016.

addition to more than 20 years of experience in finance, he has regularly worked as a trainer in youth and adult education.
